Structural reorganisation

Objective: increasing efficiency alongside reducing human resource costs

  • Analysis of the company’s existing organisational structure from the aspect of efficient operation.
  • Establishment of a flexible organisation adjusted to market changes
  • Reduction of leadership levels (smaller, simpler organisation)
  • Finally, the establishment of a cheap organisational structure that follows changes in a flexible way.

Drafting and revising human resource systems

  • Planning and implementation of new human resource systems

Development of contract structure

  • Screening of current contract system
