Training programme
NLP is the creative method of efficient business and management behaviour. J.Grinder and R.Bandler have conducted intensive studies in this field since the early seventies. Based on the principle of modelling, they analysed the work of the greatest and most successful communicators of the age.
This is how they discovered, as a new synthesis, those fundamental language and communication structures and behaviour patterns that serve as a prerequisite for all efficient communication. Based on their collected experiences, they established a practical model called neuro-linguistic programming. This is how
NLP
the efficient model of human communication and behaviour change was established for practical use, through practical observation. Thereby successful communication that had been previously used instinctively could from then on be learnt and taught. It has created revolutionary changes particularly in business life and in the world of leadership, where people meet people directly and the consequences of these negotiations may result in huge benefits.
An essential characteristic of NLP is that – in contrast with various, mainly past-oriented earlier approaches – it is future-oriented. The ideological background of NLP wishes to clarify what and how is to be done in order to allow for successful business communication as opposed to pondering possible failures in the past. It offers a positive approach, i.e. instead of negative statements, it emphasises exactly what and how an individual wishes to achieve in order to be successful. Problem-orientation is replaced with target-orientation, i.e. what (what behaviour), when and where (at what time and in what
- recognise a partner’s authenticity during negotiations,
- introduce oneself and the given topic in a convincing and attractive way,
- familiarise with one’s partner’s and one’s own thinking strategies and feelings
- take over the initiative during negotiations,
- effectively argue and give flexible, appropriate answers to excuses and complaints,
- lead colleagues optimally,
- optimise time-management both for oneself and the environment,
- establish a creative work environment,
to allow for the more integrated exploitation of one’s own abilities:
- to experience less stress,
- to cope with attacks, failures and criticism more easily and to learn from these,
- to display strength of character and self-confident behaviour in social situations,
- to resolve one’s contradictions,
- to end inner inhibitions,
- to cope with losses,
- to establish and exploit creative thinking and acting strategies
- and to recognise the attempts at manipulation by the mass media or other people.
Thereby the principle of common benefit prevails for both the leader and the person led: i.e. the leader and the satisfied colleague who finds the leader a credible and reliable partner can both be successful. Management and primarily leadership trainings based on the thinking model of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) started to spread in the United States in the eighties. This launched a new competition of human skills and abilities and today familiarity with and use of new leadership is a condition of employment in a leading position at significant companies. The method became well-known in Western Europe in the late eighties, and its application is spreading primarily in Germany, France and England. Numerous acknowledged American and European management experts work on the basis of this model, partly as trainers and partly as coaches.
Leadership trainings
These consciousness techniques differ from all previous, traditional training by multiplying the abilities of one’s personality. During the training, one can consciously complement the thinking abilities one has learnt predominantly unconsciously with the system of the highly successful thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, etc. patterns of people with excellent abilities. That is why the NLP method is referred to as the “user’s manual” to the realisation of successful human mission. These thinking and behaviour “human softwares” can be naturally combined with one’s individual personality and make one’s hidden abilities consciously applicable, thereby increasing the strength and flexibility of one’s personality.
